The Rosebud Energy Service Company (RESCO) is a new chartered entity of the Rosebud Sioux Tribe. Their focus is clean energy and helping resolve Rosebuds energy, power, and grid problems with resilient energy practices while also encapsulating their Lakota values.

 

While creating this logo for the RESCO design contest, I buried myself in research.

I did this to create the most meaningful logo possible. A logo that truly represents everything RESCO and the Rosebud community is all about.

While I am Native American, I am not associated directly with the Rosebud Sioux Tribe - but my grandma is. She is actively involved with the Boys & Girls Club of Rosebud, making this logo project even more special and personal.
